Regarding the swaying of the hips thing I read an article on sciencedaily that said that ovulating women actually toned down their sexy walk during the fertile period. This was to disguise their fertility to potential rapers and so they could reserve it for the alpha of their choice. No I'm not getting the link, look for it yourself.

He is right about free will, there is more evidence against it than for it. As for lucid dreaming, its about becoming aware that you are dreaming while dreaming. Then you start experimenting etc.

Good work. This is not a ground breaking discovery though. When you're dreaming you are more influenced by your emotional brain and less by your logical brain. You should try lucid dreaming, of course there is a sub for that. I do this often, but for me it just happens as opposed to trying very hard to make it happen. But I think maybe I pose myself questions as I go to sleep, but it's more a result of what is on my mind. It offers great insights into your psyche.
