It sounds like this should be the first step before moving on with what others have suggested.

She has something much different than just Marfan syndrome. Hers is also related to progeria and she can't gain any weight. From what I gather, people with Marfan syndrome don't typically look like that? It seems like even with those with the syndrome, there are different degrees of attractiveness. I do think you'll have a harder time finding dates, but it's not like it's impossible. I personally think from a Google search of Marfan syndrome that it looks rather interesting and kind of fantasy-e…

Necessary. I don't agree with identity privelege as a concept, but someone has to stay home and care for children and take care of the "house" so to speak when the men go off to war. It would make sense that it would be the physically weaker sex. It's what we were built for. Having periods and the ability to get pregnant isn't conducive to war. Your family back home, your wife, was something to fight for.

Can I ask what kind of job you have? I'd love to be that financially stable at that age! I think the problem is that the price may not seem expensive to you, but 400$ is about the price of the most expensive piece of jewelry my parents have ever given me is. It may feel like a more serious gesture or bring out some feelings of insecurity in others. I wouldn't worry too much about it though, if the giver can afford it, I'd be honored to recieve something like that. Just explain that you have the …

People called her a moron for this one. Here you go: https://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2018/jul/18/alexandria-ocasio-cortez/alexandria-ocasio-cortez-wrong-several-counts-abou/ Even a left-leaning political website called her out for this one.

Insulin isn't that expensive, but it is expensive. No one has to resort to buying it online though. It's illegal for one. If you truly can't afford it, you can contact the manufacturer or work out a deal. That's what my aunt has to do. There are government systems and such in place. No one is going to let you die if you seek out help. This stupid myth drives me nuts because I'm diabetic as well. It's just an emotional appeal to try to give the government more control over healthcare. That's what…

I think she might be insecure, but I don't think it's because she fears him leaving. She was potentially willing to break up with him from what it sounds like.

Everyone has the same rights. Again, I really don't care about what they do, it doesn't affect me. The problems arise when they demand more than tolerance and start to affect kids and such. You don't even know me, by the way. So step off with that judgemental tone.

I think you overestimate how much we care about those types of people. As long as you don't try to push this stuff on others or get children to go through with the procedure, live your life I guess. Not everyone is going to accept everyone. Tolerance should be your aim, and you've got that. Your freedom isn't being restricted, you've got the same rights as anyone else. Don't be dramatic.

I would doubt my partner too for leaving my pet outside all day and using a cutting board that had raw meat on it. What would she do to the kids that could be potentially dangerous?
/r/RedPillWomen09/10/19 12:43 AM

Yeah a lot of you being clumsy is actually dangerous. Leaving the dog outside could have killed it and eating vegetables on a cutting board that had raw meat on it could get you seriously sick. It really is a lack of common sense. I would reccomend researching. Even something as simple as Googling "what sorts of things are common sense?" "What should I need to know as an adult" etc. A lot of what you're talking about is lived experience rather than what we were taught as kids too. What we learn …

By calibre of grad school, do you mean Ivy league sorts? I want to go to a prestigious school, as I have the grades, but being in Florida, my options for prestige are somewhat limited. Paying out of pocket for an out of state tuition wouldn't be ideal.

We aren't expected to always, we just should because the nature of menstruation is unpredictable. I don't see how that's anyone else's problem but mine. You literally stick it in your purse and forget about it for the rest of the month. If you have a tender butt, you carry around your own butt wipes. Toilet paper is universal and cheap. Menstrual products are a bit more personal to the woman. I don't think I'd stick some random tampon from a dispensary in a bathroom in so delicate of a place any…

Maybe I'm just ignorant, but even as a woman I've never seen the appeal of making yourself look pitiful or dumb or anything like that. Self respect far outweighs all of that.

In a country as big as the US, you kind of need a car unless you live in the city. Imagine having to drive halfway across a European country daily to get to work. Plus we like our hot rods or something like that. It's a bit like a second home, so we like them to be nice.

Is it possible that the people complimenting him are more familiar with him than you? Or that he acts more as a host in the home situations? Some people may feel awkward complimenting or cheering for people that don't know very well.

20-somethings don't want 40-something's for anything but money, generally. People had crushes on the older boys in high school because there is a thrill aspect to it. That's also only a difference of a couple years. The thought of being with an older man honestly digusts me, no matter their value. That's pretty universal among the people I know. I suppose it depends on how large the age gap, but young women really don't seem to go for geezers very often, and when they do, you question the motive…

20 year old women do not generally want a 40 year old man. The very thought of being with someone double my age makes me uncomfortable.
