No big deal man. I went back to school at 23 and did a bachelor in economics. I now work in IT doing automation and administration. I first got a job in technical support and just kept learning more, doing some different courses and getting more experience. Never. You should only be considering a LTR with a womann who has a great relationship with her father and if possible, her parents are still together. Otherwise don't even consider it. There are two main issues I've noticed with women who grew up without a father or come from divorced households. First, they can never trust men. Don't scrap the idea. Having nights with the guys are important. Definitely try again but maybe keep it smaller. Also get creative. A few examples of what our group of guy friends do. I disagree. Going out on a Friday night in any major US city is pretty much the same thing. All this guy can do is say, if you want to go then go. If he says otherwise then it comes across as controlling and beta. Step back a bit. Also, if you can help it stop bringing your LTR around other guys at the climbing gym. You should pursue your hobbies on your own as it also helps to build up dread. When you do spend time with your LTR, treat it more as a date.

Started losing it at 17. Early 20s sucked. I'm 32 now with one potential LTR and 4 regular plates. Once you hit your late 20s it won't matter so much. Sure there will always be some women who just don't like it. But as long as you continue to improve yourself, have a relatively good job/career, good friends, confident you won't have any problems to get women.

Everyone is different but here is what I try do. No drinking at all during the work week. (this is huge in my opinion). Sleep 7-8 hours per night I have two language lessons per week. Remember less is always more. What do you think turns a woman on more? Boasting about how much money you make or not really talking about it but instead rewarding her good behavior by taking her out to a nice dinner, holding open the door, taking off her jacket, pulling out her chair. etc. its these subtle moves that speak volumes and scream alpha.
