I fell in love with Bjj about 6 years ago. Honestly, if someone is looking for a martial art to defend against a weapon, multiple attackers, or any other ridiculous scenario, you will not find anything that is 100% effective. This. I've been training brazilian jiu jitsu for 6 years and it has kept me super fit and relatively strong. I'm about 175 lbs and 6'2. You look at any pro fighter with my weight and height and they don't look huge most of the time. Bjj is also fun as hell and allows you to use your mind along with your body.
