2	Anyone else lose everything? I paid bills out of joint acct during 3 yr divorce, judge ordered me to pay $ back bc I did it w/o permission& 2 yr later judge ordered me to pay my half of house sale within 7 days + 8 yrs spousal support bc she's uneducated. This is real, spousal/child support is based on a need (on the partners end) and an ability to pay (on your end). If you can provide documentation of: Your income, their income, and both of your (reasonable, mostly child-related) expenses, you shouldn’t be getting fucked like that. I’m not an attorney, I simply went through a shitty divorce way back when; so I’m not saying this from a place of complete confidence, but it sounds like you had a shit attorney, and you got fucked.
