yeah you will get some good red pill advice from someone that has been through more schooling than most counselors and usually a school that had stricter entry requirements.

fwb is a good option. thanks. if I could get her to tone it down and stick around knowing I'll not be exclusive. though as other replies have said above maybe need to doge a bullet but not sure if it's that bad where i'd call it a bullet. I'll let it cool down a bit.

that's the best thing to tell her in my situation, it's pretty much true anyway. thanks.

I hooked up with one briefly without knowing beforehand. Like the real deal kind taught gender womens studies or some such shite at uni and everything. I ended it quick. But for all the idealism she was attracted to a guy like me, which shows that they are selective about their ideals when they want to be.

This is the kind i learned. but you need a teacher at first. start with seven minutes a day but try and build up to an hour a day. any static posture is ok, change it up to keep it interesting. at first press your finger into your stomach 3 or so inches below your navel, use your inhalation to push the finger out. this trains you to breath deeply. This is different than the mindfulness meditation that a lot of people do. It feels like you walk away from your thoughts to focus on your body.

Thanks for the honesty. Yeah I tried a little counseling over the years with mixed results, so mixed that I'm done with that approach. One of them suggested anti - depressants, tried them for 3 months. Never again... Just not for me.... Did the aderall have side affects for you? I'm sure it's different for everyone but you seem honest so I'd like to hear your experience.

What about Adarall? I can't focus worth a shite most of the time, I talked to some smart college kids from an ivy league school, sounds like the whole bloody school is taking it. I probably would be diagnosed with add but I never took any medication or anything. I deal with it by only doing stuff that I really enjoy and meditation etc. Was a big fan of Joseph Campbell in college "Follow your bliss" and all that. But to be honest not being able to focus well on most tasks has caused me huge probl…

yes i used to think that way as well but I read something somewhere that it really doesn't do you good to think there is always someone worse off. And so now i take my own problems more seriously. "Treat small matters seriously and big matters lightly" - Mushashi
