I don’t sleepI run alot. The problem is during my runs. I run through conversations with her. Hear the nasty texts she sends her friends about me in her voice. I understand time heals all. Just sucks living through it | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/08/26 02:24 PM
I don’t sleepI’ve been meditating daily. It definitely helps. I agree with you on the meds. Wife is really insistent that I take them. She does and swears by them. I’m not a fan but I’m willing to try | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/08/26 12:07 PM

divorceAs someone who regrets how I’ve treated my wife, I can tell you this. I didn’t see that how I was treating her was hurting her. I didn’t realize that how I argued by being defensive and dimissive was pushing her away. I think that I was so caught up in trying to be right that I didn’t listen to her when she was telling me she was hurting. Now I’m at a point where my marriage is hanging by a thread. I’m doing my best to change and make up for it. Just hoping it’s not too late. It’s entirely possi… | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/08/26 03:33 AM
Not sure if it’s too late.I think that she’s found a new level of confidence and now is comfortable addressing things that she wasn’t able to before. | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/08/26 09:24 PM
Not sure if it’s too late. She claims to have found other women’s clothing. But the thing is this happened 12yrs ago. And she’s just now brining it up. I honestly don’t recall that. What I do know is that I’ve only been with her since we’ve been together | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/08/26 07:48 PM
Not sure if it’s too late.Thanks. I’m actually pretty at peace (at least for now) I understand things in a way I haven’t before. I see where my faults in our relationship were. So let’s see what happens | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/08/26 11:37 AM
Not sure if it’s too late.Agreed. I’ve learned that a lot of how we argued was be being defensive. And that got us no where | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/08/26 11:18 AM
Not sure if it’s too late.I meant comfortable as in I stopped trying to get her i gifts. I assumed she was happy. I didnt check in on her as much as I could have. I’m in great shape. I work out regularly and even more so now that I don’t sleep as much. Something like 6x a week | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/08/26 11:16 AM
Not sure if it’s too late.Thanks. For the first time in my life I find myself with out many friends or a support network to lean on. At this point I have solo therapy, couples therapy. I talked to my childhood best friend, and my mom as my second therapist. I’m thankful for those connections I’m just confused. She’ll talk about things in the future and then turn around and tell her friend the meanest things about me. I wonder if it’s her just dealing and processing all her pain and suffering. Which I now understand was m… | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/08/26 03:51 AM
