Turns out a case of Natty Light a week and a pack of Camel Crush a day will catch up with you.

Great job. One piece of advice, though. Do NOT take your foot off the gas. Keep it up. Keep improving. Keep gaming. It's surprisingly easy to slip back into complacency and you're back to square one.

EC has been thrown around a little too willy nilly for my taste lately, too. Question everything.

she isn't my girlfriend If that's the case, what are you demoting her from and to? If it's off the pedestal in your mind, there's no magic words to say to her - you need to reconcile that with yourself. Beyond that, you just stop the marathon chats and being the emotional tampon. Replace it with a new hobby.

August 13, 2019 Early 30s, married just under 10 years, young son. Physical - D After hitting basic squats, bench or press, and deads two days last week, my hip flexors are painfully tight. The last few nights have been hell, combined with a hacking cough and sinus shit. Hours drag by, wake up drenched in sweat, hips and knees aching. But, on the upside, other than an offhanded acknowledgement of my wife noticing me up or sweaty or whatnot, I haven't been victim puking. Progress, I guess. Spent …

I'd keep in touch with your lawyers. Be a step ahead. Make sure you're on the same page with your priorities. If they think your first priority is paying as little as possible but your top priority is your child, that's a problem. Get them aligned with your true interests. Not sure whether most of the people advising the sperm donor approach are parents or not, but I'm with you on the kid stuff. If it were to come to divorce, my number one priority would be getting custody - or if not full custo…

August 6, 2019 On mobile, will be brief. Early 30s, married just under 10 years, infant son. Physical - C Got to the gym twice since last check in. Missed my goal of three sessions, but feels great to move iron again. Diet has improved but still needs work. Will hit three sessions this week and keep on working on getting the diet back on track. Mental - B Improvement here, still work to do. Engaging less by being patient with my responses instead of being immediately reactive. Leading more and m…

Great post and breakdown. I feel the need to caveat for autistic newbies. It's mainly about being fun and exciting. I feel like Timmy in high school is going to read this and call Suzie from English a cunt and then complain on asktrp in a week when she doesn't drop to her knees and blow him right there in the hallway.

July 30, 2019 Going short and sweet on this one. Both early 30s, one infant son, married 5-10 years. Physical - F I've failed to make this a priority lately which has led to very little gym time and a shit diet. I need to start leading by example again in both categories. Relationship - C Overall, not nearly as bad as some of the situations I see posted about here. I still get sex when I want. But, I can't remember the last blowjob I had to completion. She's still got the baby weight, but I can'…

Understood - there are times I struggle to initiate because I see it as rewarding bad behavior. The problem for me is when I let that expand into the next few days, or week, etc. A dog isn't going to understand why you're scolding them if you do it 4 days later. A woman isn't going to understand why you withhold affection if her transgression was 4 days ago. Then again, if she's being consistently nasty toward you - keep on keeping on. At least, that's how I see it. Keep at it, great that you're…

Stop initiating as often / needy behaviours - hard / doing Stopping needy behaviors is good, but tread carefully with pulling back on the initiating. Balance in all things.
