1	Men do not need or want to control women. 10kg is a lot for me. In 2015 I used two 5kg dumbbells every day to get in shape. By summer was over, my upper body was prominent and I hated it. The way I see it; there’s little tolerance for feminine meek women, and men of course. In Norway women have to work while the children are still toddlers, so they are put in day care.
