I stopped giving a shit and started doing the things that REALLY matter. Bloody hard to break bad habits but possible. Stopped fapping, stopped porn, stopped TV shows, stopped hanging out with losers etc. Started working out, working hard, studying, reading quality books, putting myself outside of comfort zone etc. Started Applying Myself. Scary shit that.

This reminds me of the time my ex implied I won't be getting laid for a while for being an asshole. And I replied with 'no, no.. YOU won't be getting laid for a while.' And walked away smiling.

I have a back up plan. Sell everything, put the cash in an overseas trust fund and join the French Foreign Legion. Aint nobody gonna touch you there.

One day I will whip out my glove, slap the insulter's face and say: 'You have insulted my honor Sir. I will meet you in the main street tomorrow at noon to regain it'. Solid post OP, I've never looked into this. How do you tie this in with TRP and sexual strategy/inter-gender dynamics?

I was about to reply with a big text but I realized you are asking questions that were deeper than my reply. Sounds like you are having a tough time after the break up. They're always hard man, hang in there you'll be ok. Things get better you know that. See your friends and family. If she was getting emotionally attached to other guys you absolutely should bring it up. You don't wanna be dealing with that for years. Are you surprised she is blaming you for the break up? Of course she is, how ma…

I have found that science and poetry, when done honestly and in an unbiased fashion, go hand in hand to make for a fantastic duet.

I hate to say it to you man but I think that's just a part of the problem. Hoping to find a LTR to bring meaning to your life is NOT a good idea. For a relationship to really work, as much of the side bar points out, you have to be in a place where your life is full of meaning and purpose and so along comes 1st mate and says, I love what you doing here, I want to get on board this ship and sail through life with you. Your the Captain so your word goes but I can be your first mate because I bring…

This is so very valuable. I have learnt a lot of this myself but some of these points don't hit home yet. I understand them logically but they're not ingrained yet. Not a part of me. I will have to try them out and experiment with them so the deeper meaning becomes ingrained and a natural thing I do without thinking.

Yeah I get why you worried. Write EVERYTHING down man. And date it. Maybe upload it to your email so it has a comp. Time stamp as well. But I think you'll be alright man. Do your due diligence and then don't worry about what you can't foresee or have any control over.

Look I agree, monk mode should not be a lifelong commitment. Unless your a Buddhist monk of course. I'm just making a point that sometimes monk mode is needed. But social competence is of course very important amongst a plethora of other things when it comes to inter gender attractions.

Because we don't bend over and willingly take the feminist dildo in any orifice they would like to put it in. We call their bullshit and stand up for what is obviously true. And because what is true goes against the feminist narrative they get their panties in a big uncomfortable knot. Then they resort to name calling. And also people believe any old crap they hear about TRP on the great vine and rarely check the facts.

I know there's a lot of "never get married bro" attitude at TRP, but for me personally I must try and have a successful family. Not because it is easy, not because I particularly want to either. But because I want to improve society and bring up good people. Finding a good first mate though, that's gonna be like bringing a knife to a gun fight. Tough.

Not much family formation will be going on in the west if nobody is willing to settle down though. Even de-facto can screw you. It's getting tougher by the minute to have a productive family. This goes along with what you are saying obviously, I'm just highlighting the consequences of current trends.

Any messages that show her consent? Online or otherwise? Her showing interest in you? Is there a camera at the entrance to your apartments, house, area? The restaurant that you were at? I write a journal so if I was you I would write down everything that happened even to the most minute detail. Go full 'Notebook' on paper and talk about your confused feelings and her unusual behavior. Talk about her 'flip' and how you tried to comfort her etc. Make sure you date it. So it's obvious you wrote it …

Thanks man. Communicating through stories and analogies works well I think. I do find as well that in this day and age you have to be funny as well as smart for people to listen. Humor has become a pre-req.

It is what it is man. Head up, chest out, lift, read, work your ass off, make positive changes. Set goals and achieve them even if it means monk mode for months. Don't make women the center of your universe. EVER! The mission is your mission. A nice lass might come along, might not. If you wanna be wolf Alpha than a lot of digging will be required to find a diamond.

I was hardly joking. I do in fact make fun of women, hot and not so hot alike, if they sleep around and act like idiots. I find that teasing and making fun of women is the best way to not GAF. And it gives them tingles because you don't care about their status/looks/attitude. Call their bullshit every time. It works magic.

We should start pinning a red feather of hymen blood onto all sluts and shame them because of their promiscuity. See how they like it when roles reverse. But of course lets not play the victim and admit that it was men also who dropped the ball and let feminism become what it is today. It is what it is. Improvise, adapt, overcome.

Maintaining frame after admitting you were wrong I think shows true confidence and self assurance. It makes no difference that you were wrong, but if you completely shut down after being wrong then it appears you are confident only because you are right. Maintaining frame because you are a valuable man regardless of what happened just before shows immense strength.

This reminds me of teenage years and how I would go to speak with mum when I was burdened by something and I would walk away feeling worse EVERY FREAKING TIME. She always found a way to make it about her and her problems. Even as a kid she would dump her emotion on me and expect me to help her. I've coined a term for it actually. Mood boosting. That's what women expect you to do, boost their mood whenever something even remotely annoying happens. Going to dad was way more helpful.

We always have a choice. ALWAYS. Good post man. This is something I have to stand up for nearly every day. People trying to justify some massive mistake they made by saying " I was just in a position where I had no choice and so I slept with a man who wasn't my husband". WTF?! So you were raped? Well no I was just unhappy and unfulfilled. WTF?! So you did have a choice! No because my husband wasn't being good to me. What in the actual Fuck are you talking about bitch?? Something I often try with entitled women is to turn it back on them to see what they have to offer. I will ask tough questions about why they think they deserve a drink or anything really. It usually goes something like this: "Why should I buy you a drink? As a man what value or worth would you bring into my life?" That often confuses the shit out of her little superficial Kardashian brain and she might just say "what do you mean?" Then I go on to lecture her about what it means to be a high qu…

I agree that women hide their true intent. Most of the time you can't be sure of what the hell is going on in her mind. My comment was more for the second part of your post and I was intending for it to build on what you are saying rather than disagree.

The moment we enter into this mindset of victimhood half the battle is lost. Let's not get dragged into feeling sorry for ourselves. Ever. We are the makers of our destiny. Men built many things and won many battles. They achieved so damn much. I find it very difficult to accuse the society of its faults whilst partaking and abusing it myself. I would much rather go down (if we must go down) swinging like a mad man than to sit by and watch it burn knowing I didn't try.

It is pathetic. Which is why I find it hard to buy into the mindset some guys here have which is 'it's gonna all collapse so might as well enjoy the ride'. If we go down lets go down swinging like mad men making one last stand.

Thanks. I have read quite extensively on the topic including all of 'sex and culture' which another poster mentioned. It does appear to be true, as far as I can see the evidence tips in the direction of monogamous marriage. Which brings me to a second point. We exert SO MUCH time, resources and energy finding a mate or mates that it leaves little of it to be productive and energetic. TRP IMHO spends too much time chasing women, not enough chasing higher goals like pushing the boundaries of our e…

TRP recommends reading but generally lacks the same emphasis and detailed instruction that you would find for lifting. It is essential that you take the time to make a reading schedule and seek out quality content from sources outside of this subreddit. This. Is unbelievably important. I really find intelligence trumps abs every time. But to have both is obviously even better.

As someone who was born to parents who grew up in a communist country, and have a lot of friends form places like Romania, ex-Yugoslavian countries, Romania, Poland and Russia, I must say this: COMMUNISM SUCKS. Especially as it is. Perhaps ideologically it could be better but it really is not. If you have traveled those places you know what I mean. The after effects are still very much there. Now I live in a democracy and as far as freedom, comfort, prosperity etc. go it is much better. But I co…

Let's suppose I read the books, read other books which claim otherwise, Assess the evidence and come to the conclusion that yes, Jews are behind much of the bad stuff happening. What's the action plan from there?

I think you missed my joke bro. After you mentioned the 'docile, does what he's told, never asks stupid questions, maintains status quo' I just had a giggle and went with it to highlight your point. But you raise good points.

Just like with any claim made I will have to see all of the evidence and arguments from both sides of the position and how they interpret it before I can make my mind up on things like this. I would have to be a very naive guy if I just watched a couple of parody videos and a few shady websites and be sold on the matter. That's not to deny that some Jews hold very influential positions or that I refute the claim outright. Not at all. I would like to follow the evidence wherever it leads me not j…

I started reading this thinking 'yeah I agree sex and women shouldn't be the center of any man's universe'. If it is, you'll probably struggle with your worldview and your philosophy. A great woman is a byproduct of a strong, healthy, well balanced, hard working, socially balanced etc. male. Because you will naturally shape the women in your life to be great first mates. Women train great Betas, Alphas train great women. But you totally lost me on the second part. Yes I really think a strong Alp…

There are much higher goals in life than vagina. My granddad used to be really embarrassed of some men's obsession with pussy. He called them spineless crawlers. Used to be away from his wife for long periods because of work and took pride that he was stronger than other man in his work who succumbed to the lure of strange women. Used to always call the shots. Told my grandma to deal with it or whinge to someone who cares. I miss that guy.

Alphas train women. Definitely. This is something I have discussed with some of my friends who get it and came to a conclusion that for a true Alpha, who he marries is not that much of a big deal, because after some tantrums she will be forced to get in line and will enjoy it there. To depend on women for anything other than to be a solid first mate who can follow instructions can be fatal.

Definitely true about the whore houses later on yes. I find a lot of the conclusions in Unwin's book very interesting. You should try and give it a read. It's free online. The wiki page on it is here As a sociologist, anthropologist and a historian, in his life work, he comes to the conclusion that for the society to be most productive it must be absolutely monogamous. Tough conclusion but if it's true it's worth considering.

Is that true for early Roman History though? Muirhead says ' much contemptuous denunciation of the looseness of the matrimonial relations of the lower order, sanctioned by no auspices, and hallowed by no sacrifice, and much declamation, more or less sincere, about the divinity of the commonwealth, that the patricians accepted the motion.' The patricians placed a very high value on marriage and were disturbed by plebeian's loose terms of marriage. Unwin claims the patricians were the most 'produc…

According to J. D. Unwin's 'sex and culture' absolute monogamy is what makes a civilization most productive. So less women to sleep with but kick ass country being Alpha as hell like Rome and Greece in their times.
