I was diagnosed by two neurologists at a young age, then had the diagnosis reaffirmed when I was 18. I definitely have Tourette's. When I was a child, I did have vocal tics. The tics that stayed through puberty and adulthood are all motor. My neurologist who reaffirmed her diagnosis said that it is common for TS to become less severe during the transition to adulthood. I have Tourette's, and it is exactly nothing like Deuce Bigalow.
