I agree it is 100% fucked up. As Chris Rock once said,”I don’t agree with it. But, I understand.”

While I don’t agree with her act, I disagree with what you said. First hand seen disabled adults like him getting fucked over time and again and have no advocates and many end up in prison only to go to the state hospital unaware of why they are there. We don’t take care of disabled adults like him like we should.

I did the same for 10yrs. Thank god I didn’t marry her. But goddamn. It felt like prison.

Man this hurts my heart. I did this once And for ten years after it was used as a weapon against me, when we had big arguments when I wasn’t feeling amorous for weeks or month at a time, because 1. I was working 16 hrs a day 6 days a week. 2. It’s hard to kiss the lips at night, that chew your ass out all day long.

Saw a clip from some show, “Barbie, AKA Black Panther for White Bitches.” Made me spit out my coffee.

It was the late 60’s early 70’s as I said earlier in the thread. Cannot ask them any more questions as they are both deceased. One grandmother did not ever remarry. The other one did.

Was your great grandmother married at the time the business was started? Or was she single or divorced? It might be regional as both of mine were west coast residents when this happened.

So explain why an ex-husband was required to sign anything for a bank account or a credit card as a divorcée or even giving trouble to a single woman. A single of age woman that required her father on the bank account? I have heard these stories from family members all my life on both sides of my family.

Sure if married. But ex husband after a divorce? And a married woman not allowed to have her own separate bank account? Or a divorcée? That’s the point I’m making really.

I know based on both my grandmothers experiences, they couldn’t get loans, bank accounts, without their husbands or in one’s case ex husbands sign on, because they were women, and this was late 60’s early 70’s when it happened. Two women who didn’t know each other, two different areas of the country. Same story told about how they needed their husband or ex husband to sign bank information.

You can lead a horse to water, but not force them to drink. How do you propose we not leave them behind if they don’t want help or want to come along with us?

But what solutions can we offer? We can’t force people out of those situations and mindsets, they have to want to stop/leave etc. of their own will.

All extremist groups do, religious, or Gangs, political, etc. they all recruit from the disaffected, disenfranchised, or lower IQ, and the poor of every race and gender, religious ideology etc. I hate to say it, even the military. And I’m not anti military service at all.

But what would be the solution? You cannot force people to not to get out of their situations, they have to want to, from my experience.

I felt this in my chest. I too have done this exact thing (“FUCK” included) with my grandfathers M1903 Springfield and putting it back together after a good cleaning and long term storage oiling.

Dude, 3 couples therapists here, her take: first had to be gay because he was focused on what I was experiencing, and giving her homework, second one a female was focused on me because she was obviously attracted to me, third was a raging feminist and I as a man are wrong all the time, and she liked the 3rd one A LOT! If she keeps shopping she will get the one who tells her what she wants to hear.

Holy fuck this sums up my last relationship perfectly. If There is one thing that legit triggers me is “weaponized incompetence” and yes I take it personally, why? Because I don’t like being told I’m being dumb ON PURPOSE! Legit, have CPTSD and it comes with a bunch of brain fog(working on that) and forgetfulness, and a whole bunch of other shit. Forgetting wallet, keys(which I have systems to cope and remember more often than not) or my drink on the counter I planned on taking with me in the ca…

I can totally relate. I just got out of a 10 yr relationship and this shit here that’s outlined was happening before when I was single. It seems to not have gotten better but worse.

Holy fuck. 10 years of this right here and the. Complains I don’t make the moves. I then make them but she then equates me to a fucking caveman grunting pointing at her bits. Fucking ridiculous! I’m done. Bring on the sex strike! I fucking dare ya!

Oh I’ll make ‘em famous while cutting a deep and wide promo on their ass so loud the whole fucking gym will hear and I’ll make that heffer cry like she skinned her fucking knee. I fucking dare them. I’m there to work out and be healthy and condition my body, not to look at some trifling skank looking to get attention because daddy didn’t give her enough growing up.

Every twitter post I’ve seen so far has been 70/30 m/w and it astounded me. Like seriously talk to him in the back and talk like adults. What you saw was a broken man. A puppy summoned by its owner to go bite someone. They are Scientologists… so I know they won’t seek the therapy they obviously fucking need.

Imagine if we asked a woman if she wasn’t wearing any fucking underwear under her skirt what kind of shit we would get how is this acceptable for women to do to men if they don’t want it done to them selves?
