I think the white guy is about to start following the woman and making some unwanted advances. It’s hard to say because that part is like 2 seconds and there’s no context, but his friends response makes it look like it was inappropriate. The point of that part of the ad was what Terry Crews says “men need to hold other men accountable” more than anything else.

I didn’t find anything in the advertisement to be shaming men, nor do I think the activities that were depicted as being problematic (bullying, grab-assing, etc) are a part of being a man. The underlying message is to just try be better, do better. I found actually found it pretty inspiring. The idea of boycotting a company because of the advertisement is bizarre. But this whole thing has been pretty entertaining, so thank you for that.
