1	It is much more fun Can confirm. I use BetterHelp for therapy and Talkspace for my psych who prescribes my meds. It's A LOT cheaper than traditional in-office therapy. Plus you can message your therapist any time of day and they generally get back to you fairly quickly. With BetterHelp, I can have as many sessions I want a week for $45/week.
