Have you got your levels tested bro? My Dr. checked my omega 3 RBC, plus zinc, magnesium & Vitamin D levels. I felt better after supplementing in those areas. HIIT exercise and lifting weights is also necessary for BDNF and Testosterone. Just get your testosterone levels up and healthy and you won't give a fuck about rankings, they'll just be second nature to you.

Also, don't just go to a normal doctor and tell them you feel like shit. Go to a doctor with a background in nutrition and say "I want optimal health, test my levels. If you don't know how to get me in optimal health, refer me to someone who can." Otherwise he'll put you on SSRIs because that's what they're trained to do.

Well, according to my Doctor and Nutritionist humans don't properly break down the proteins in either wheat or milk. The proteins just float around and your immune system deals with it. Some people tolerate it fine, some people it can really fuck them up over the long term. I get my carbs from sweet potato or pumpkin mainly. And for snacks I'll have some quick carbs like an apple or a banana with a bit of protein to slow down the absorption.

Yo OP, I got diagnosed with that after years of trying anti-depressants and stimulants which did fuck all but in hindsight make me hate my doctor.
