| 1 | Genuine question:Because the courts usually deem the relationship with the mother as more beneficial to a child's development and that's just something that hasn't really been under much review since the idea was established. Also in terms of the child abuse side of it. Women aren't looked at in the same light as men when it comes to abuse or violence.
