Your comment: "Why aren’t women deadbeats for abortion?" "Deadbeat" is usually used to refer to someone who isn't fulfilling their parental responsibilities. The point I made in response was that there are no longer any responsibilities to fulfil if the pregnancy was terminated. I guess you could be using "deadbeat" in a more general sense to just mean "bad person" but that's not the common way it's used. You could of course have just explained this to me rather than spouting little phrases like…
