I had initially started with breathing exercises because I had heard good things but that did nothing for me. I tested out a series of different meditation types and landed on a variant of the Mushin Meditation.

5'10" I have never thought to check my T levels, are there any signs or symptoms to tell that they are low? - I have a physical in a few weeks so I will be sure they test that then. The swimming on Tuesdays and Thursdays has helped but I will need to look into yoga, I have been wanting to work on my balance as I lose weight/gain muscle so this will work for me two fold. Thank you for the info, I appreciate it.

Throw in 6 ish years of wow at some point. Now every Monday, Wednesday and Friday are gym nights with one of my best friends and Tuesday/Thursday are laps at the pool with my wife. (wife followed my lead and decided to join the gym also, she does cardio for the duration of us lifting)

She is overweight but not to the same extent I am. I think technically we were around the same BMI but she is shorter than I am.
