I know exactly two people who have walked away from a roadside breathalyzer, but that's different than FSTs, which are purely subjective. In CA both FSTs and the roadside breathalyzer are not required. Once they have probable cause to arrest you, though, and you're at the station you are legally required to submit to a blood, breath, or urine test OR lose your license for up to a year.

I only watched the first maybe their second, but yeah. If he can't take someone talking to him in a raised voice, he doesn't have the thick skin needed to be a cop. I'm not saying she couldn't have been calmer, but that part is a First Amendment right. Him not trying to deescalate the situation or even just remaining composed is all him. That said, she shouldn't have been driving without a license, especially in a car with overly tinted windows. "Never commit more than one crime at a time."

That fits in with mental health problems. I work for mental health as a programmer, and they're grouped together. There's definitely a delineation for treatment, but substance abuse is usually linked to mental health issues.

This pic would be good with it, but I hate seeing those LONG scrolling screenshots on my Reddit app. It's sized for "best fit", which means it's sized to get the entire picture in frame, in this case height. Generally, yes. But I'm going on the assumption that there's likely still some sort of shell dust that can make it through the whole process. It would take a series of low probability chances that anything would ever happen, but not impossible. She seems to be one of those that didn't recognize the difference between possibility and probability.

Within reason, peanuts do have dust from the shells, and that can get airborne.
