1	People who have recently swallowed the pill - A warning Right, but people go through life encountering a wide variety of experiences, a lot of them bad. Not letting these bad past experiences bring you down is good general life advice not even exclusive to the RP. Everyone who has access to the internet has no doubt heard this phrase in some form. However if you want people to take you seriously and not get defensive you have to approach the subject with a lot more tact than you currently are.
