0	Childish I mean no, I don't think she will. But I also think this is fake because it doesn't make sense in almost any situation. Either she owns the house and sues him, he owns the house and fucked himself, they own it together and are headed to court anyway, or they rent, in which case the landlord kicks them both out and sues them.
