Try to not get too deep in the first date. It's like binge watching a show after the first episode interests you, it ruins the show for you because you've decided to burn yourself out on it. Another example is reading eight chapters into a book, instead of taking the time to process a chapter. Give her the first chapters, save the rest for more dates.

You first have to understand that there's a difference between trying to be charismatic and outgoing. When your trying to be charismatic, your trying to force yourself into being the center of attention, while making it seem natural. When your trying to be outgoing, your trying to make yourself more social than you regularly are. Here's a neat middle ground for 11 and this comment; be fine with being yourself, but also acknowledge the traits about yourself that you need to improve, and improve them. In context of 11: mostly be yourself, but try to be better than your negative traits. For example, have an RBF that makes it look like your annoyed and hate people talking to you, or aren't actually paying attention?
