My point was that the law making specific reference to male genitals isn’t in and of itself sexist. Section 21.19 of the Texas penal code applies to “the naked genitals, pubic area, anus, buttocks, or female nipple of a person” that would seem to me to cover all unsolicited nudes, not just dick picks. The law copies it’s definitions from Texas’s revenge porn law.
