Clothed nipples are not comparable to a clothed and noticeably hard penis. My point was that the law making specific reference to male genitals isn’t in and of itself sexist. A guy can’t send a picture of himself in sweatpants with an erection and a girl can’t send a picture of herself topless, that’s just a recognition that the different sexes are different, not the legislature being sexist against men.

The law also specifically refers to female nipples. It recognizes the anatomical and social differences in nudity for men/women. I wouldn’t call that sexist.

The law does apply to unsolicited nudes, this is a misleading clickbait title. Section 21.19 of the Texas penal code applies to “the naked genitals, pubic area, anus, buttocks, or female nipple of a person” that would seem to me to cover all unsolicited nudes, not just dick picks. The law copies it’s definitions from Texas’s revenge porn law.
