I'm in school full-time and I picked up lots of new hobbies over the past few years that I still have plenty of time to keep up with. I'm taking Muay Thai, Judo, Rec Volleyball and I spend an hour or two a day practicing guitar. Once you find hobbies that you love, it becomes easy to make time for them because you'll find yourself wanting to get on top of your schoolwork earlier so you have more time to do the things you like! I still have plenty of free time on weekends to socialize and go out …

The fact that she's telling you not to worry about it (and is presumably letting you know this is going on) is honest of her, but it's also kind of a red flag that she hasn't told him to tone it down/stop completely. It means that she's using him as an external form of validation - everyone loves feeling wanted, but it is a little manipulative to allow him to do that without ever telling him to stop out of respect for you.

A lot of girls like to test how needy you are by doing stuff like this. After you asked her out, she probably had some mild reservations because she didn't fully know you (this is extremely common and normal, she could be going out with someone who collects cryptotaxidermy for all she knows). I'm sure she expected to receive a message from you, and she might even be waiting to see how you react to her not responding right away, to see if you send her a flurry of messages. I would just move on wi…

There's no set amount of time. I once asked a girl out a few days (might have honestly been 2 days) after a break-up with her boyfriend of a year and a half and she said yes, and another time I asked a girl out 6 months after she broke up with her ex of a few months, and she said she wasn't ready yet and didn't date anyone for a few years. Long story short, if she really likes you she won't use the excuse of being "not ready" for long. :)

The texting/social media stuff is on point. When I was in high school I used to send multiple messages (and with more emojis than I'd like to admit...) while receiving one word/sentence answers. When I got to university I was told to play it cool, so I would be the one to send the one word answers or even ghost them for a period of time, which was an equally bad strategy. Now I just try to converse with them normally through text without all the fluff, and if they don't seem interested I just mo…

The ones you're passionate about. Sure, there are some hobbies that more girls find sexy/are interested in, but if you're not interested in it, it's not going to be very attractive.

Usually best to do it pretty much right away. Exchange a few messages and then try to plan for the meet-up or else you're just wasting each other's time. Introductory message > important questions > optional fluff > meet-up > meet-up details.

If you have a degree in psychology that's actually a good stepping stone into the pick-up community! You said you're attracted to girls that are normal-looking and have good social lives, that's actually a good portion of what girls want in guys, too. A big part of looking good is just changing your wardrobe and working out (diet helps but you mentioned you're a healthy weight) - this will also help you feel confident about how you look, which is another big factor. As for improving your social …

I find it's just like talking about sexual stuff in general - as long as you're not weird/awkward about it, it won't be awkward. I wouldn't write on your tinder profile that you've never had sex because a lot of girls have it embedded in their minds that sex with someone on Tinder (especially on a first date) is a bad thing, so it's something that's much better to say in person at the right time.

As long as you yourself believe that you're not being creepy then anyone's opinion of you shouldn't matter. If you're able to brush it off with a joke it will make her look rude and will take the attention away from what she said to you.

How many of them are you going to call? Genuinely curious.

It's pretty difficult to see it as a positive right after it happens, but soon you'll realize you don't want to date someone like that anyway. Plus the situation works both ways, now other girls will see that you have girls in your life.

I've actually never taken any cougars home - two of my friends are self-proclaimed "cougar hunters" and I often go to the same bar with them and they always have older women coming up and talking to them - the amount of effort they have to put in is minimal. They're young dudes (early 20s), and these women see them without a girl and they pounce and try to take them home. This is unimportant, but I find it funny how easy they are to spot by their apparel - cowboy hats, cowboy boots, leopard prin…

In my experience, pool bars and a lot of country-themed night-clubs have a ton of cougars. If you're specifically looking for a mother, it's gonna be a little bit more difficult, but cougars are all over the place. Having good abs would work in your favor since cougars love younger guys who are in shape.

I agree with the post, but just don't do what I did several years ago and ONLY join a club because I was chasing after one girl. Most boring extracurricular of my life, though there did end up being a lot of cool girls in it.

Don't ask questions, make statements. I read this in a book and decided to try it out and it works like a charm. Instead of saying, "where are you from", say "I bet you're from X". If she's from X she will be very surprised that you guessed it and think that you're a mind-reader or something, but if you're wrong she'll say something along the lines oh "no (laugh), what makes you think that?" and then you can start a conversation from there. You can do this with pretty much any question. By just …

They're cold because they know immediately that you think they're too good for you, so they act like it. The best way is just to talk to them like they're a friend, because then it will take the awkward nervousness away - if they react poorly to you just saying hi to them, they probably weren't going to be fun to hang out with anyways.

I used to look really young also and this used to happen, but you just gotta play it cool. I had a girl come up to me at a party and tell me I looked way too young to be at the party (I was 20, legal drinking age here is 19 so I guess she thought I was 17 or 18). The way she said it was super accusatory but I knew there was some form of interest since she scouted me out just to tell me that, so I told her "yeah I'm 14" and she laughed and ended up coming out with us later on that night. As long …

This happens all the time. I've had great conversations with a girl, she'll say she wants to go out or hang out again and then I message her and she's hard to converse with. This just means you need to try to suggest another meet-up ASAP as they aren't interested in bantering on Facebook, just don't let her flake on you. If she's not even opening your messages at all and she seemed interested in-person, I think realistically she just doesn't use Facebook often - most girls are nice enough to at …

I've always found that Tinder/Bumble is PERFECT for that kind of situation. See a girl from your work/school that you like(d) but never got around to talking to? Right swipe her, worst case scenario you don't match and it's no big deal since you're not hooking up anyway - best case, she swipes right back on you and you go from there.

The assumption that younger girls want older guys is totally wrong. In fact as men we are actually blessed with the ability to be attractive all the way until our late 40s - most women in their 20s actually are indifferent whether they sleep with a sophisticated 40 year-old or a laid-back 23 year-old, as long as you're charming and a reasonable human-being who can make her feel good. I've heard tons of girls talk about how they "need an older man" because they're tired of dating younger guys. Ma…

It matters very little what you actually say to her and more what your intentions behind those words are. This is why if you make a stupid joke to her she will likely laugh or be very reactive to it if she's into you. This doesn't mean that she's not paying attention to the words you are saying, but it does mean that she will likely feel as nervous during the conversation as you and will be focusing more on what she's doing and not what you're doing, only really trying to figure out your intenti…

3 flakes is usually where I stop talking to a girl. If you want to try once more now that she has messaged you, go for it, but if she does it again I would just stop texting her and save yourself the trouble.

What do you usually say when you go up to these girls? I generally don't ever have girls straight up just say "no go away" (or reject right off the bat like that) when I approach them, but I have seen it happen a lot with other guys who go up and either come off way too strong or not strong enough. The guys who come off strong go up and say "Hey nice ass" or some stupid bullshit like that and the girl doesn't really have anywhere to go with that. On the other hand, some guys go up and just are c…

It's a fun read - it will teach you (or attempt to teach you) some key components about the game and how it started, but a lot of it is very out-dated now.

Anytime man! Instead of relating the cabinet to your good times with her, relate them to the day YOU progressed as a person and took a step forward in life. :)

I don't think there's a quick fix for it - it seems to just be a thing that every guy has. Even the best players in the game meet a girl occasionally who blows their mind and they become relatively obsessed with, and the way they usually deal with it is to just see as many other girls as possible and eventually she becomes a distant memory. To speak from personal experience (myself and seeing what friends do), you either man up and ask them out (which doesn't seem realistic in your specific case…

If you're over 6 feet and "extremely attractive" you should have no trouble picking up girls in any of those locations, as those are both physical qualities that girls like - as long as you have the actual game to back it up. I would avoid hitting on girls through social media, and if you are going to use tinder try to get to a meet-up as soon as possible instead of chatting back and forth.

Glad to hear. It's also very easy to become very "obsessive" (for lack of a more relative word) over a girl who you see irregularly/never, because you build up a character of them in your head and it makes them seem perfect. To put it simply you like the idea of this girl more than you actually like this girl, because you really do not know her.

You're worrying too much about why you like her. "Attraction is not a choice." This is why you need to get out there and find attraction to new girls. If you're saying she's a 6 who you like because she has similar hobbies to you and a good personality (and seems friendly), you should go out a few days in a row and meet as many girls as you can, and you'll find that there are tons of girls above your standard of a 6 who will make you completely forget about this girl.
