Great post, but I disagree on some minor points. Try to learn sports that are played by successful adults: skiing, golf, tennis and squash. If you have the means to get involved with sailing, do so. I have been a physically active guy all my life, so my opinion might be different but to me there are many other great sports. Whatever sport you enjoy is a good one as long as you work to perfecting it. I played college football and rugby (had to give this up after second year as I took a more activ…

I'm in a STEM field (geology and biology) and I see a lot of this. Lots of beta guys who's little experience with women is what their mothers tell them. "Be nice to them and you'll meet the right girl". The problem with college campuses is that even if a student isn't in gender studies, their toxic ideas "leak" all over campus. When I was in res first year, the walls were covered in posters spewing their crap.
