I married my wife because I loved her. She married me because I had a house and a stable income. If she wants a divorce, she can have it. She doesn't get to use you for the time she needs to get herself ready. She's an adult, she made her choices, she can live with the consequences. My STBXW has told me that she considers our current relationship a "business arrangement" and calls us "roommates". Well, she is soon going to learn that business arrangements come with requirements that both sides n…

What's sleep? I was averaging 5hrs a night during the "normal" times. Now I reliably get around 3-4hrs. One day I'll be like Buddy the Elf

Mandatory? I'll stop short of this. I don't think it should be required by law in all cases. Customary and routine for all births? Sure. Make it an "opt out" that requires the consent of both parents for the opt out. If only one doesn't gove consent, it goes ahead until both consent. I can see possibility for both purported parents to opt out and I want to give space for those cases. But, if the mother says no and the reported father doesn't say no, I can see this being useful knowledge.

Yes. I would like tips on this as well. Is there a newsletter or perhaps a pamphlet? *Note: It's probably just more time to put in hours.

My STBX has a number of really creative methods where she tries to destroy every part of my reputation and anything that brings me any sort of positivity. She's very public about it. She's good at it. Honestly she's pretty creative. It's impressive. Most of it isn't remotely true, but she's correct that I'm pretty much just a piece of garbage. I plan on being absolutely destroyed in every way. I know I'm going to lose everything before she's happy. Hell, I may even end up homeless. Joke's on her…

Wait... Probably don't fuck your ex wife. That never ends well. Well at least not in that sense.

My wife will tell you that she is not abusive and that I am a covert narcissist whose ADD caused her significant grief over the years and poisoned our relationship. My story differs from hers... but like, what if she's correct? Hell, I don't know. I don't know what I did to deserve the treatment I got, but she is firm that she is blameless for... everything... and that my feelings and the situation is All. My. Fault. So who knows? I'm so spun around that I believe I'm juat fundamentally flawed a…

It's "the smear campaign" commonly referred to on relationship forumns here when dealing with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). My wife has set up a Facebook page where she lists herself as "Separated" and posts articles about bad men doing bad things. She has a similar Pinterest page naming me and my employer. She has a whole Tiktok account about me as well and I'm sure there are other accounts I haven't found. Literally a whole online presence h…
