8	Nice Guy Syndrome Be nice just don't be a doormat. Being nice isn't going to hold you back but putting girls on a pedestal will. In my experience girls are waiting for you to make the first move. So don't friend zone yourself with the oh i guess i'm just a nice guy so it didn't happen excuse. Being nice is a good quality that girls do want in a guy but not the only one.
