"I think the invention of dating apps is a wonderful thing and I wouldn't want to live in a world without that, but I just wish for a world where women don't have to think about their safety all the time." I always thought I was too sensitive and weak to not be able to face or deal with possible sexual harassment or being catcalled, etc. Can you believe that I thought that this was something every woman had to deal with? Or that my standards for wanting a respectful workplace and relationships w…

I'm so sick of people telling me relationships are hard and after FDS I've cut off every single person who tells me that. Relationships should be easy because being with people should make you live happier, more fulfilling and longer lives, not stressed, sick and vulnerable to death.

Women need to learn more about how biological functions can be affected by having toxic people in your life! I consider myself strong minded, but I didn't know that it was other people and the environment I was in that was causing the majority of my health issues! Not me!!! Your brain chemicals can change and will take time to change again!

Agree. Or they talk so much about self development and being aware as if that will make them look like they have self-introspection. Or they continue to talk about my hobbies and interests and tell me things I already know and have spent time studying. Office was only funny to watch in short Youtube segments. I tried watching the whole show but gave up after one episode. I used to feel really bad for being judgemental about it or cancelling people but now I'd rather be all alone, even if I'm not…

I think there's a clear difference though. When you overshare, you share details. When LVM and pickmes disclose their mental health, it's never oversharing- it's giving themselves labels like 'ADHD' 'Peter Pan Syndrome' 'depression' 'bipolar', diagnosed or not, they all equate to 'I know I have a problem but I won't take responsibility for it. I'm telling you I have a problem so you have to forgive me and let all my bad behavior and treatment towards you slide.' It's completely two different thi…

Yep, they can't leave a relationship without humiliating, embarrassing or paint you as a abusive (high pitch) b*tch. If you mooch off your partner and resent her later for it, why don't you do the providing then? Because you think you deserve better? In what way? Wanna talk about biology and evolution? I think it's men's biology and evolution that they want to provide. If they don't then they must have a genetic defect.

Some countries that grew from religion heavily oppress women. Heck, Japan even has a penis worshipping festival. Boys' club is the slang term for religious cult. And cults are never healthy.

It's also a form of human or sex trafficking. They ask you to meet somewhere under the guise of a job or something, and then things happen. I know that traveling alone in certain countries can be daunting as a solo female traveler, but from my own experience, any man who is traveling is looking for casual sex or encounters when they see an opportunity. Traveling with girls was fun, but when it came to a mix of guys and girls, expect a group of pickmes and LVM. They were not fun at all and were k…

Narcissism has to do with brain and behavior, heck some cultures are grown from abuse and oppression of women. I've met a lot of women and men moving to countries because of what they've seen in the media, but they're still unhappy or taking advantage of the fact that women are oppressed or idealize their color.

Same! But I wonder if I would have found FDS or left still wondering 'Why does he do that?' 'Why do women think this is okay?' etc if I didn't go through what I went through. It's sad how it's 'normal'.

I used to be with a group of friends who were all LVM and pickmes. It really baffled me when couples would break up and everyone is still friends with each other. I stood with the pick me friend and chose to limit talking to the LVM. The pick me uses me as therapy and then one day tells me that everything is okay and they're friends now. What? Another LVM claimed he was being abused and after he had all these attention and help from people, he says 'We're friends now'. ? Excuse me? Listen to you…

Or punish you for it. Same applies with pick mes. Just keep the good stuff to yourself.

I always say I'll know when I see it, or I'll know when it happens because it's the truth. People who think I'm lying are liars. Do you see the projection? Honestly I get asked so many times it's annoying and it's important to re-affirm yourself that you don't actually have to answer them. Just shrug your shoulders, roll your eyes, say whatever.

I don't wear bikini and wear shorts or a big tshirt so I don't know. It just sounds so painful and like I have to prepare myself for someone. If I ever do get it, I'd like to get it for myself.

There was a study shown that men who tend to choke women anytime, even as a joke, had very violent tendencies and guarantee that that women had a high likelihood of being murdered. They call women for being emotional, over the top and crazy, when men can't even manage their anger without hitting someone.

They accuse you of 'not getting over it', when it's really them. They even steal items from you for keepsake.

I think choosing to become a housewife or SAHM is fine as long as you and your partner came to that conclusion together and have clear expectations and responsibilities. I've seen too many women who get tricked into having a baby so they 'have to' quit their jobs because their spouse couldn't stand their success of them possibly earning more. After the baby, gender roles are automatically assigned and any time a woman tries to re-enter the workforce the husband will stop her and blame her for no…
