I mean yeah, but we are talking about people who are easily swayed by articles like this, they aren't usually the kind of people capable of forming two opinions at once.

Have you ever had a bad concussion? You can barely stand light and you have a constant splitting headache. Not really condusive to sitting in the full sun listening to loud music. She doesn't even have any sunglasses on. Also the point being made here is after the accusations she is making, is it normal for people to go a massive festival?

If you got violently attacked, choked, punched into unconsciousness and end up with a black eye, like Herd is accusing Depp of doing to her, would you go to Coachella the very next day to party it up like nothing happened? I'd probably go to the hospital, get the injuries documented and file a police report. But I guess it wasn't that traumatic for her and she was able to get it over it under 24 hours, and came out of it without any visble scratch or bruise. I guess celebrities are just built di…

The sub is usually on the ball with a lot of these but this isn't a pussypass. She was just sentenced to 9 months in gaol for lying about the guy sexually assulting her. This happened in Australia. She was in a car accident and the guy stopped to help her fix the radiator. He then followed behind her when they fixed it to make sure that the car was working ok and she called her boyfriend and said the guy touched her breast and vagina. The boyfriend then rang the cops. They took her story and the…

Depending where you live it's very possible. There are lots of places that have gender discrimination laws. So if you go to a "ladies night" and are charged more for drinks, entry or outright refused because of your gender then you will have a case. The law in the US is state mandated if I recall correctly. So check your states law.

It definitely looked like it got brigaded. But it's a tough one to figure out where it came from because it could be brigaded by a few different subs, from both sides. A truely uniting post. SJWs and Incels holding hands and fighting the same person.

Some are, others get trolled and striked because of jealous idiots. But he gets around it by just doing a ~1min ad in the middle of his edit for the video sponsor. So he doesn't rely on youtube ad revenue as much anymore, if one video that was really popular got a troll strike thats his revenue stream gone from that video. Quite a few youtubers are starting to do that native ad thing now, and I like that better than youtube ads. At least it's something the content creator is willing to put their…

I mean that's kind of the point of being a defence attorney. I'm not agreeing with his choice of words. But his goal is try and make a convincing reason why she did it. He is going to have to get pretty creative with this case. Also if he doesn't do what the client is expecting he can be excused and doesn't get paid. Even Charles Manson had a defence attorney.

Oh I have, he knows all of this. He even told me about some of the ex's. But for some reason he still thinks he is doing the right thing by giving her everything she wants and coming in to save her and the kids. Just pointing out the fact that she currently has a boyfriend and she is talking about cheating on him now that he can offer stability, money and a place for the kids doesn't seem to get through.

I can start. A friend of mine has been chasing this girl for years. She is 36 and he is almost 30 now. She has two kids, one 16 and the other 3. She never gave him a second thought for all this time they have known each other. She has gone through the usual string of men, the one she had the 16yo with skipped out, then she was the single mother trying to hang on to any branch that was presented to her and after being the town bike she met the guy that she had the 3yo with. He then spent the next…

I don't think you understand how contempt of court works. My comment was just to show there is precedent for a judge charging people with contempt for rolling their eyes. Where you implied that a judge would never do that. The links I provided show otherwise. Weather or not they then are convicted of it is another story. Maybe ask that guy that got locked up for 42 days if he would do that again? Thats the point of contempt charges, to dissuade people from disrespecting the court. You will actua…

Jury dismissed, juror chastised and threatened with contempt for rolling their eyes and not paying attention to the trial Held for 42 days for rollings eyes. Later overturned. But he still sat in a cell for 42 days for rolling his eyes Defense attorney fined $500 and charged with contempt for rolling eyes and making wisecracks So there is a precedent for contempt charges for rolling your eyes. Contempt of the court doesn't have to be a distraction or outlandish behavior. A judge can charge you w…

The argument was that Mexicans are crossing the border because the US has better healthcare. When that is factually incorrect. The US probably has better doctors and facilities. But illegal immigrants don't have access to that anyway due to the exorbitant costs. Even if the US did have universal healthcare, illegal immigrants wouldn't be able to access it without fear of being arrested when they can't provide any proof of residency or any government issued ID. But don't let the facts keep you fr…

Whole lotta gang shit is the catch phrase for Boonk Gang. Some cracked out wannabe soundcloud rapper and thief that films his crimes and uploads them to youtube. Fuzzy little man peach is a line by Old Gregg from The Mighty Boosh. Which is the pretty much the exact opposite of Boonk Gang. A comedy troup from the UK that has pretty far out and trippy themes to their work. Its seems a little odd to me to mix those two phrases together.

Yes i know this is PPD. And just like your comment this sub has been posting a lot shit that has nothing to do with a PP being denied. She wasn't using her womanhood to get opression points and then was denied. She was drunk, tried to punch someone and got arrested. Maybe if she was screaming "but I'm a woman I can hit who I want" then your argument might hold some water.

Yes. That part in bold is called a byline. It's a common tool in journalism to give a brief breakdown of the story to get the reader to continue reading the article. It is in no way an indication of what the full article is about. The entire article is actually about more than just this one woman, and if you bothered to read it you would see that the part about the woman is two sentences and the other part of the article is about other event that happened on NYE in Adelaide. Someone said she pun…

What are you talking about? Read between what lines? Are you just purposely being obtuse now? The woman punched someone behind the horse. End of story. What do you want a full blow by blow break down from the article?
/r/PussyPassDenied05/01/19 05:18 AM

Yeah maybe read more than just the byline... Litterally the next paragraph is this Footage shows the woman arguing with another person next to the mounted officer. The woman appears to try to punch the other person under the horse’s head.

State and courtroom depending. Some courts don't allow recording of anything, usually federal cases or supreme court cases. Some states allow audio but not video recording. Some have put the discretion at the hands of the presiding judge whether to allow recording.

She needs to rewire headlights and tail light on her bike and get a carby tuned. But can't do the wiring herself. It's one of the easiest mechanical jobs you can do besides an oil change. I don't even ride a bike but I changed the entire wiring loom and ran a custom rewire on my mates CBR. But then in her video claims to be a "professional". Yeah very professional when you don't even know how to do some simple maintenance on a $20,000 ducati.

Yeah that part would be a weird scene to walk in on. Open your own bathroom door to find the girl you just fucked, legs up in the air trying to shove sperm, from a condom you threw away, up herself to get pregnant. These people must be timing their cycles so they know they are ovulating and then search out the richest looking dude in the club to try and lock down that baby daddy cash. Just the thought of the crazy shit you have to tell yourself to think that's a good life choice is scary.

She actually showed the cop her port authority badge. That then prompted the port authority to stop giving out those badges so employees can't use them as though it's a law enforcement badge, NJ state also put a bill together to stop those badges being issued. Article about the badge ban

Yeah this isn't a PPD. She got off with a low fine, no conviction and no jail time. Very much cashed in that PP card. If a drunk dude at Melbourne Cup tried that he would have the book thrown at him.

Most marathons are run in support of a charity of some kind. Or if they are annual events then everyone knows they are on anyway and are well informed prior to it running and it's not like they don't arrange an alternate route so traffic can still flow through the city. Its just this entitled woman wanted to get to a specfic store at her specific time and anyone who is in her way be damned. If she planned ahead it would be a non issue. But she wanted an entire marathon to move just because she n…

He had a right to investigate you when the "little bitch" reported you to him for whatever reason. Maybe they said you had a gun? Maybe they said you were on crack and you were known to have bipolar, were off your meds and going crazy downtown. That's instantly probable cause. And they have a duty to investigate the claims. He then investigated you, found nothing and then let you go. I'm really not seeing where the cop did anything wrong apart from embarassing you around people you probably don'…

The only conclusion I made was that you were probably known to the police. I'm not trying to start a narrative. But you seem to want to get this story out about how you were wronged by the police this one time and now we must all live in fear of police looking to touch our willies and throw us in the slammer. When the majority of people can walk around daily without the cops jumping them and feeling them up, suspecting they have crack and incarcerating them for vagrancy and tresspass then perhap…

I didn't really need the story. But just judging from your last few comments its not that hard to decipher that you were probably known to the police, you even mention being in prison. You also just said he was looking for crack, what do you think might have been his reason for suspecting you would have crack? Area you were in? Priors? Cops aren't nefariously walking around trying to grab peoples dicks. If you were stopped then he probably had a reason to investigate you. Even if that was a fals…
