On the second: I would recommend (for both sexes) to not care about that (the ick is just a concept that gained more popularity because of social media. 1	Somehow, bringing up men's issues means blaming women To give you an insight (kinda), as a woman… I think it’s because some of us (not me since I am not yet well informed on the men’s loneliness epidemic) think or feel like it’s getting pinned on us.
