Conscription exist in authoritarian regimes or in case of war , there is a map and a list of countries with conscription and 90% of them are authoritarian regimes like russia , democracies value men at least and conservatives are mostly decided to end democracy , South Korea Finland are exemptions but you know that they had a mad neightbour
