Except toxic femininity is a mainstream concept, just with a different set of terms. TERFs, WASPs, TradWives, etc. are not considered divine feminity that does no wrong. Your equivocating and letting your confirmation bias get the best of you.

I think one of the biggest problems with this line of thinking is that you are assuming women have some sort of privilege, in the form of having more security, more things sacrificed for them, and priority in certain situations due to rigid male gender roles. That is really not the case. You mentioned security, by which I assume you mean that men provide for women and protect them. It's definitely at least as easy to meet lesbians as people of other sexualities in the Puget Sound area of Washington. Whether it's easier is up for debate. But mostly I can tell you places where it's harder lol. So I see your point.

I think it's cultural. In many modern societies, women are expected to have great hygiene, to be kind or pleasant, and to dress attractively, while men get a pass if they have mediocre hygiene, are aggressive or dismissive, and dress in wrinkled T-shirts and unflattering basketball shorts. Wouldn't you be more attracted to someone who takes care of themselves, is nice, and dresses in a way that is flattering to their body?
