It's not a fallacy when shit like Furgeson happens. Yes you can roll over and make the interactions easier, but you simply should not have to. Heres an example of how the interaction we are talking about should've gone. Just because you don't cooperate perfectly with an officer DOES NOT give him a right to go all respect mah authoritah do what I say now or go to jail. Unfortunately, this interaction only went as it did because the person being stopped was a full law student.

Yet, we're on the internet, with a much more vast level of resources. It's not possible to use that now? When did that happen? I guess I should've said readily verify, thanks for being a stickler, but again any internet source would've been more readily verifiable than a book someone would have to go out of their way to check. Oh yes, however the 5 years seems much drastically less compared to the fact that this same crime would face 15-20 in America, while a planned out murder gets 30+. Whereas they would probably get 15 or so for a planned murder almost there. My mistake, I can remove if there's demand but at least there's this video, can't edit the link out though. Saw it was posted Apr 5th, just plugged the link and figured reddit would catch a duplicate but probably since it was a link at the end of a video it messed that filter up.
