15-18 so if 45 (conservative estimate) that's 15/year. If 60 it's 20/year. I'm trying to wrap my head around how she even found that many. I've been on keto since February but with next to no fat to lose weight, which helps and I've also lost 33 lbs already, 28 lbs more to go till I'm back to my sixpack 18 year old body (I'm 41). Not feeling so bad about my body also helps my mood and at least with that I'm having a continual win when I get on the scale and gradually can fit more and more of my older (and nicer) clothes.

Good question. A year ago I got locked up in the psych ward for 11 weeks after cops stopped my suicide attempt. They still have me seeing the psychologist every 2-3 weeks plus meds and both help a lot. Still severely depressed though but not looking up train schedules so to speak. 😉

Incidentally, Dr Phil's book "Life Strategies" is just about what you said plus more good stuff. He stresses accountability. You create your own experiences. You teach people how to treat you.
