I've had this happen a few times & I always say "Well you should you text me in case it doesn't work out" and more times than not they ask me for my phone.

Sounds like OP should have asked out the crush a long time ago. If you don't ask a chick out soon she will probably think you're not interested.

Seems like he thinks he's busier than he is. Agreed, OP you have plenty of time based on this. Some of these numbers are ridiculous.

Yeah just be careful you don't turn into her therapist. Have boundaries around that.

You know I actually agree with you. I don't think the high five is easy to follow up on immediately. However where I've seen it shine is when I don't really have a chance to talk to a chick but I would like to talk to her at some point. It makes it super easy to come back and do something like "OMG we high fived, so do you come here often" if that makes sense. It's definetely worked in super crowded clubs/bars. You step outside & run into them and wallah you have something in common now.

I've gotten plenty of dates off of high fives. Seems like the guy just doesn't know how to take it past that. Not sure the approach has anything to do with it, don't you think?

Totally think you're right on the last point. I don't think closing on social media is a great idea either. I think just getting the number is enough. Eventually I'll share my account, but for the most part I leave it private. Less history more mystery is what I apply to social! Thoughts?

Shit is on point. I'm pretty attractive & I pulled a 9/10 about 2 weeks ago. I totally fucked up on the first date in a few instances, not game breakers in my opinion, but things I should have steered clear from and the girl is not responding lol. Looks get you in, game lets you score.

LOL bro your story is identical to mine. I just had my first date 2 weeks ago and probably blew it :D. Good advice so far on the thread.

Approach damnit!! If I had listened to myself I wouldn't have had a hot date last week. Now I totally fucked it up but that's all my fault. Approach damnit!!

I'd say the ball is in his court. It's pretty rare for girls to suggest a date, AND counter offer in case he can't make it. So I'd wait a bit and just drop the hammer and be very direct.

No, unique case but we were romantically interested in each other for about a year and 6 months before. She was doing extended travel. When she got back here she couldn't stop bringing it up so I just asked her when I went on a date with her.

I think the reason we say that the lady friend isn't interested anymore is to honestly save ourselves from the expectation that she might be. There is totally a chance that they reach back out after a while. After all, what made them either go out with you in the first place or connect with you in the first place (unless you didn't make your intentions clear). But I agree, no contact rule is great when things are up in the air. At the end of the day, I think women make it easier for us brochacho…

In my experience they are the ones that usually bring it up. My ex was dying to be in a relationship with me by the time I finally asked her.

Last sentence is absolute facts bro. I told the waitress to put in her # and she said "I'm going to tell you it because I'm not allowed to put it in". If they like you and are attracted to you, they will work around the rules.

Bro my approach was wait for her to come up to me and drop the F**KING HAMMER. Nah I'm jk. I put my order in and side stepped it and asked about her. Soon as she told me the answer to whether she was studying or not (qualification for me) I just said "random question, do you have a boyfriend?". She lit up "No" and then I said "we should hang out sometime and grab coffee". "Yeah that sounds great" lit up. That was my approach man. If you want me to get more granular let me know, but that was it.

Dude this happened to me. So I've been out of the game for months, but I just decided yesterday that I was going to ask the first cute chick I saw just to jump back into it. I went to this restaurant and of course my waitress is super cute. I just asked her right then and there and we have a date for Friday night. I legit forgot how easy it is to do (to ask). We just fuck ourselves mentally man.

Wise man once said "Don't shit where you eat". I don't do it, but maybe I'm just bitching out. If I were to do it I'd probably do it in a cool down type setting. Maybe in between sets (her sets).
