Yeah but I don't know that swinging on the lady is the answer here. I don't think the cop was acting maliciously, but I feel like training or something has to dictate a different way to handle the situation than just swinging. Like restrain or take her to the ground. Swinging feels retaliatory. And if we all want cops to be better at their jobs situations like this are a great example of how things could be done differently
