That's like saying 'just believe in yourself' to someone with low self-esteem. Your brain doesn't work like that. You can't just change a belief in an instant. It's possible though, by taking certain actions. If I could stop giving a fuck by just saying IDGAF I would't be posting this

Is frame kinda how you see yourself then? So that for example if you have strong frame and someone (with lower frame?) would insult you, you would'nt change the way you think about yourself whereas someone with lower frame would probably think more negative/less of himself which would cause a reaction. Correct me if I'm wrong

Yeah I already thought it was a stupid question... It's just that I see so many people who treat other people like shit but still get such good results with women that I started to question it.

I agree. Good habits are the building blocks of an alpha personality. I'll work on them first and I'll start using the tips I've been given. I wish you the best on your journey, you got this ;)

I've never really thought about actually defining my mission... I think the main idea is that I want to be really good with people. I want to have high social value, make friends easier and have a better game with women.

You are right. I've seen a very interesting ted talk about comfort challenges, but I haven't really implemented them in my life. I guess I'll have to start actually doing them haha

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
