3	Statutory rape victim forced to pay child support now that he is of age. No, it is the decision of the DA or solicitor to press charges on any crime, not the decision of the victim. Prosecution will often take the victim's wishes into account for smaller crimes because if the victim doesn't care then it saves them a lot of work. But I very very rarely hear this happen for rapes.
