Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong are all wealthy, modernised nations with very low rates of obesity

I don’t see how “modern world” implies the West In any event: Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland and Norway all have less obesity than France

I would say marrying for love tends to include a degree of love! In the beginning, yes. Hard to say whether that will last a lifetime, and the divorce statistics aren’t good. Conversely, arranged marriages very rarely end on divorce (4%) On the statistics it seems love is more likely to grow through an arranged marriage, and to be lost through an autonomous marriage Who chooses to have an arranged marriage? People who come from a culture of being (or prefer to be) guided by their parents through…

Women in arranged marriages often despise their husbands or feel neutral toward them Is this any different from un-arranged marriages? Moreover, I think you are confusing ‘arranged marriage’ with ‘forced marriage’. By all accounts arranged marriages tend to be successful

This. I am 26F dating 24M. I don’t even think about the age difference tbh. It’s more about life stages and maturity, neither of which are necessarily mapped to age

Hi OP! I’m 26F. I was also raised Catholic. I also currently identify as Catholic but am not devout (generally on board with the belief system but only go to mass a few times a year and have premarital sex with my partner). My parents also lived apart until marriage. I live with my family. Personally, I don’t want to live with a partner before marriage because I like the idea of marriage resulting in a significant life change. My best friend is getting married in a couple of months but she alrea…

Hard disagree with your sentiment I spent a couple of my teen years in quite weird online circle (fanpage for small YouTube channel), and during the time I was active on the forum, 3 much men fell head-over-heels for me (wanted to come and meet me, offered to send me expensive gifts, would flood my inbox with romantic messages). I was 15-17 yo at the time. I was absolutely not leading them on in any way (I did not speak to boys irl at that time; went to all girls’ school and did not know how to …

I don’t think women cheating necessarily shows that they have a high libido. I think some women cheat for validation or excitement rather than being uncontrollably horny

What do you mean “white”? Christianity is universal
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/22 11:25 AM

Then how do you explain the fact that HV men almost invariably date women younger than them?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 01:05 AM
5

Oh come on. It’s different because men tend to find younger women attractive in a more biologically ingrained way than women find younger men attractive. (This coming from 26F)

Men find younger women attractive and we are trying to stay attractive

The title of the post is “are women not as attractive [as men]?” which is not ordinarily something that a heterosexual male would ask

I didn’t say natural beauty has to be sexual, that is clearly untrue. In my first comment referring to natural beauty, I am saying that OP states he does not find beauty in a natural woman (ie. without makeup) but he does find it in men. He says “I am not attracted to women unless they have makeup on, but I am attracted to men in their natural state”. I used the word “natural” to refer to a state of nature. I am sorry if this was confusing for you Read OP’s post. He doesn’t even say beauty; he u…

Not unless you have a sexual proclivity to birds Can’t believe I have to explain this but when people use the word “attractive” in relation to their own species, as OP does, it means sexual attraction

“No eyeshadow” does not mean “no makeup”. Though a handful of awkward candid paparazzi shots that have circulated the internet are indeed no makeup (and her skin is lovely), Zendaya wears makeup in all press photography. The difference is that she wears makeup which is designed to look like she’s not wearing makeup. It’s part of her “low maintenance, girl next door” brand. It is not real, I’m afraid

How is it homophobic to say that “men who see more natural beauty in men than in women might be gay”?

I went through your comments on this post and couldn’t find anything about a virginity exception Obviously “born again virginity” is just idiotic I find it hard to relate to your comments because last guy I dated we had probably 10ish dates before I felt comfortable sleeping with him. I was not a virgin but had had sex with 2 men prior, both of whom I was very serious about and loved (one I had sex with after years of knowing, the other after a couple of months, and both I ended up in long term …

So you would not wait for an insecure virgin woman to “feel ready” as that would be a waste of your resources? Genuine question

Of course I understand that no one likes hypocrisy. But the comment I was replying to indicated that “if they don’t put out within 3 dates I’m gone” was a general rule to follow regardless of the situation

Plenty of women won’t have sex on first 3+ dates for a variety of reasons that are nothing to do with “stringing him along”: shyness, insecurity, inexperience, wants to feel they know the man properly, etc. I feel sad for women who meet a guy they like who dumps them after 3 dates because they won’t put out. I feel like men with this restrictive approach will miss out on some lovely women

True, but his comment makes it sound like more of a general rule than specific to this post (doubt he is talking about OP as OP’s friend is clearly well beyond the 3 date mark). And as a general rule, I think it is sad

Three dates. If no sex after three dates there's not a 4th one. What a sad worldview

Be frugal - this is your husband’s money Agree with all except this final point — it’s not her husband’s money, its their money. It’s well and good to be frugal, but I’d do it on the basis of principle or because her husband worked hard to earn that money, but not because it’s not hers. That doesn’t sound like a healthy marital partnership to me.

Being judgmental towards a woman in a loving relationship who cares about pleasing her partner? Gross

That would be great in an ideal universe, but in real life how do you fund your education without following it up with a career?
/r/RedPillWomen16/02/21 11:44 PM

Sorry, I wasn’t responding to you. I completely agree with your post. The commenter I mean to respond to is the OP who seems to be of the position that women can be educated, but should not focus on building a career in their 20s. I’m asking her what the point is of being educated if you’re not going to build a career. (Personally, I am educated and have a career.)

Why be educated if you are not going to work? If your position is that women should not be looking to climb a corporate latter, why in the world should women saddle themselves with debt from university?

Okay? This is such a patronising and negative comment imo. People come to RPW from all walks of life. There are some people who, no matter what choices they made, could never have been in a position to be a RPW until a particular age. Sometimes life just turns out that way. Sometimes you don’t hear about RPW theory until you are older. Sometimes all the circumstances of your existence will put you on a different path first. I am grateful for every woman who, at any point in their life, finds RPW…
