2	Year in Review, 9 months of TRP This was a great field report, excellently written and revealing to all details of your life. A model for what TRP should truly be; a guideline to improvement in yourself and how you handle your interactions with women. 3	30 Day Challenge - Small Talk Part 2: Women Boogaloo I think a lot of that too just has to do with getting 'warmed up' almost for lack of a better word. Getting your mind in the right state. Read an article about going out to bars alone to pick up chicks and the author said he would start in the morning and just talk to everyone he saw throughout the entire day to get the ball rolling and build himself up. 6	Lack of discipline obliterated my past month I don't think it is as powerful as creating an "addiction" but in one of the earlier Chapters in Awaken The Giant Within Tony Robbins talks about ways to create Neurological Pathways in your brain that can associate new habits you want to incorporate in your life with pleasure, and those you want to quit with pain.
