Yeah have to disagree with you on that one chief. If you want to surpass other males in the dominance hierarchy you need to use your time more efficiently than them and practice doing high value activities. Reading how to use time more efficiently is one way to do that.

Do some psychology homework man. I don't think theres a catch 100 trick here but I know that assertiveness is quite attractive in a man and quite manly in itself while agreeableness is the opposite. Learn about assertiveness training and try be focusing on that personality trait is my advice.

Yeah I escalated to go in for a kiss which was when she suggested she didn't want sexual relations. I think you're right focus on her behaviour and not her words. If it looks like she's not interested and it smells like she's not interested she's not interested.

She said she's had a girlfriend before but currently not looking for a relationship or anything sexual. Im pretty sure I've fucked up somewhere because I was getting huge IOI's before. Regardless if i can stay friends with her she's a good source to introduce me to other girls which might be good? (of course maybe I'm just being naive in my blue pill ways and I don't want to face the fact she's completely blowing me off.)

woah slow down you sound like Nazi Germany No need to fucking sterilise them Jesus. . A better suggestion may be you don't qualify for welfare if you continue to have kids on it.

I already left a comment about cognitive behavioural therapy. Exercise is also really good particularly cardio. Weights is good because you gain some confidence and its good for TRP but its not as effective as running or any other cardio in terms of endorphins boost but you can definitely do both. Waking up the same time every morning is also really important as it regulates your serotonin levels. (serotonins the chemical people with depression lack) So in other words if you have a shit sleep cy…

There is no scientific evidence that either of these things reduces depression. Compounding with the fact both are quite hard to commit to in comparison with other treatments I would not recommend this.

I would highly recommend the book Feel Good by David Burns PHD. Im reading it at the moment and its legitimately helping. It is a book on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which is based upon the stoic idea that it is not things that disturb us but rather our thoughts. In terms of depression this translates to it is your thoughts that are making you depressed and once you learn how to change the irrational thoughts you will get better. Studies have shown it to be more effective than anti-depre…

Im not sure if I can give good advice because of my lack of experience however one thing I've learnt from meditation is just to sit with your emotions and thoughts and accept them. In other words don't wish for her to be out of your head and to want the feelings to change because this will just create conflict which will make it harder to get rid of the feelings. Instead just acknowledge the feelings are natural and focus on something else like the breath or whatever it is your doing in the mome…

I am so far down the SMV that what your saying dosent even compute. I generally have no frame of refrence to process this story. All I can think is you must be lying as that seems to make the most sense to me! (not calling you a liar I simply can't phathom the truth) So wait women... hit on you? and they just throw themselves at you. So i must be like a fucking 2. One day Carthaginian Salt One Day you'll be like HealthCliff.

I used to be like that. I spent 2 years addicted to video games my every moment just trying to forget my life and how far I had fallen. Its painfull to look at your life when you've fallen down like I had. You have every reason to stay down and yet if you don't get back up you will ALWAYS stay down. Perhaps you think your too much of a pathetic beta and shouldn't even bother. Well to that I say one must imagine Sisiphius is happy. Some of us may never become alpha males but we can enjoy striving…

I will concede. Given employers pay people for their labour (time +attention) it must be more important. I think I needed to understand that the concept of attention wasn't in the ordinary sense but more 'what we are doing/how we spend our time' rather than simply being aware/observant.

try r/NoFap it might be watching to much porn and masterbaiting. So maybe try giving up porn and masterbaiting for a week. Apparently it makes you last longer. Also if you look into it don't believe all the pseudo-science benefits but apparently it does help with premature ejactulation even though it sounds paradoxical.

I agree with your conclusion however I disagree with your premise: Only the most valuable currency known to this planet. Human attention. Of course we can get into semantics of what you mean by human attention but I would argue material currency and knowledge are more valuable than human attention. Which is why we spend so much of our time acquiring the two. Otherwise very insightful post, in the words of Seneca : "We are so frugal with our money but when it comes to time – the one thing which w…

Am meditating everyday and was exercising everyday (gave up running cause apparently isn't great for gains). fixing relations with my father. and found a casual job which is nice. I feel like I'm at the stage where I want to focus on those areas of my life.
