1	COBRA? I'm going through this right now. My wife's work had me fill out a form stating the divorce date and such, which they're submitting to Cobra directly, at which point they'll mail me the paperwork so I can start making the payments myself. Unfortunately, HR isn't always well-versed in this stuff (my wife's HR administrator never had to deal with this before, because she was the first one in the company to get divorced).
