Perhaps. That's something really individual. At 18 I used to ''date'' a girl and one day I brought she at my home. She started teasing me and then said she was running out of time and needed to go. We stopped talking since and 2 weeks later I fucked her sister. The problem is that some guys when young don't know when it's time to go away knowing that a girl doesnt even deserves to be fucked by you and they keep doing along because they have ''no options''.
