Yes, I don't think the date is the problem. I think i concern too much about whether if they like me or not, a state of confusion, then after the date I always end up analyze the whole date to look for "IOIs", and always constant thought of I can't be needy there I shall hold back a bit instead of going one step above. Sometimes, I think when meeting women, I have a tendency of hold back too much... not sure where the balance is sometimes

approaching and attraction before 1st date is not a problem. But Meeting and follow up after 1st date is usually the problem Lol

actually thats kinda why i started this thread, sometimes i think i should just be straight up 100% with how I feel from the start and careless about what she thinks regardless. (hits the spot of fear of loss!!!)

I believe so subconsciously and it shows in my behavior. So with that I always end up over analyzing situations with someone im seeing and end up stagnant

I've hurt myself many times on bullshit relationships(taking responsibility here) with emotionally unavailable women. I think its my not good enough belief stopping me to fully be myself with the ones im attracted to. I do know what I want in a woman and I "think" i know what I need.
