Dude I was with you till the “not pretty enough” I get it you are trying to be honest in your opinion but jeez, you got to remember that there’s another person on the other end. You have to act as such. That’s not to say OP has unhealthy habits of perusing people online. But my point still stands.

I got this same problem. Personally I just try to drink around two 12oz cups of a shake between meals, every day or every other day (NOT as a replacement for meals). Im no expert but I’m making shakes with; oats, peanut butter, 1-2 scoops of protein powder, various frozen fruit, and a little lettuce/kale. I’m also doing some form of strength training on a muscle group everyday. It’s been slow but I’m slowly gaining more muscle and a little bit of fat on top of it. Hope that was helpful! But like…
