Men pursue a greater variety of careers. All the women that dont go into trades go to College. It would be more interesting to see which gender pursues more useless degrees. I did not check, but I have a feeling in Germany, where you dont pay a dime pretty much for your education, universities do not put out courses for the sake of attracting women at 50k$ a pop and the gender ratios of enrollment should be far less skewed.

He was 17. In Iceland if I plow a fifteen year old and the father calls the cops all they can do if she gave consent is cheer me on. Granted it was wrong what they did, but 17 year old me would have enjoyed coke fueled sex with a reasonably attractive teacher. Because they feel like they own public opinion right now and have nothing to gain by debating. This will only change after some other movement, maybe MRA, gains traction and turns attention away from feminism unto that movement, expressed in politicians coming out in support of that movement for votes rather than feminism. That is only true for very few instances. But it is part of the feminist narrative that men do not advance because of their own merit, but because of all their networks they build in men only spaces. What you described did happen and happens but it is only true for a very few fraternity houses and it isnt a given that on the next crop of students bonds for life manifest that those graduates build careers on.

1950s is a bit too far in the future. The Victorian way of life and attidudes springing back in our time or more reminiscent of the turn of the century, turn of the last century. Basically women are childlike and only men man can be accountable and responsible. That means women cant hold power or be leaders.
