It's not a joke just because you don't consider reality, it's just ignorance

The narrative is trying to be shifted by some now that they realized the stupidity of their answers. They're trying to claim the "man vs. bear" question was a joke

True, if the child is actually not the father's or the father relinquishes all parental rights (except child support). Either way, the scenario described above did not happen the way it was presented.

Yeah, even in your country. Court order or your father wasn't actually her father. It's easily Googled and on your government's website

I think most men don’t report for these same reasons—women are smaller/weaker. So 1) they think they won’t be believed I don't have to think I won't be believed, it's the natural response by LE to side with the woman. I've called the police on my ex before, I was the one removed from the premises. She's called on me before with no signs of distress or injury, I was the one removed from the premises. I even called once from the hospital after she threw a chair at me and had doctors and injury rep…

Well when you are presented absolutely no context, mistakes will be made. Plus, there are people with these views (and even more extreme ones) out there.

Some states maintain a stance that if your name is on the birth certificate, you are the legal father. Doesn't matter if the kid is yours or even of the mother just jotted down your name randomly

It just further confuses an already complicated issue. This is done on purpose alot lately. With information so easily accessible these days, the only way to fight facts is by dumping lies, confusion and misrepresentation into the conversation at a rate that we can't keep up with.

/r/MensRights18/03/19 03:56 PM

It would I think. We have grown accustomed to not letting victims produce evidence and late reporting. We need to discourage that behaviour so that we can once again rely on evidence and law enforcement, not social media, for justice.
/r/MensRights18/03/19 03:52 PM

You have to report the crime as soon as possible, no matter how scary it is to you. Whenever assaults/rapes/etc. happen and the victim waits to report, they are only hurting themselves more. Evidence rapidly disappears (bruises heal, abuser sobers up/calms down, things can be wiped/cleaned) as time passes.

Except not many people use incel as an insult towards virgins or men with lack of sexual success. It's used to insult men who hate on women for their own lack of sexual success, sexualize and fantisize about minors and/or think women are "less than" men.
/r/MensRights11/03/19 06:21 PM

Everyone should have a good life. That's my personal statement at the world. This is egalitarianism defined. Egalitarianism is equality across the board. As a political doctrine, it's defined as, that all people should be treated as equals and have the same political, economic, social and civil rights. As a social philosophy, it's defined as, advocating the removal of economic inequalities among people, economic egalitarianism, or the decentralization of power.

Edit: I think you're confusing me with the person who said "she's being delusional" above(otherwise your claim that I didn't read past the part saying she's a feminist doesn't make any sense) Yeah, I responded without checking names, that's on me dawg
/r/MensRights27/01/19 05:01 PM

You can have preferences without being a bigot too. I prefer having a woman as my nurse (higher chance of good empathy and compassion) and doesn't mean I think female doctors are not good or male nurses can't perform the same duties. I also prefer having a man as my financial planner (higher chance to take risks and be more aggressive) and that doesn't mean I don't think a woman can do the same thing
/r/MensRights27/01/19 04:32 PM

I doubt you read past the part of her being a feminist before your brain jumped to breaking up though.
/r/MensRights27/01/19 04:26 PM

You are the one being delusional. He's in a relationship that works despite their difference of opinion on this issue, and he should just dump her? Truth is, both men and women have advantages and disadvantages in life, nature and society in different areas of concern. It's not a competition on who's getting fucked over more than the other. Tribalism solves nothing and only furthers the divide.

Nothing about this makes sense. Police hold his car for 2 weeks, say they lost the footage but the driver finds the SD card still in the vehicle. So they never even attempted to look for it. It's called argumentum ad hominem This is a fallacious argumentative strategy whereby genuine discussion of the topic at hand is avoided by instead attacking the character, motive, or other attribute of the person making the argument, or persons associated with the argument, rather than attacking the substance of the argument itself. Take a look at Paul Graham's hierarchy of disagreement, it shows how asinine these people are, barely above name-calling

Disgusting abortion of justice. • Grooming and assaulting a child for 3+ years and she gets to plead guilty to a single charge of sexual assault despite multiple instances of statutory rape. • She gets to serve her 90-day "sentence" on weekends • She gets to keep custody of her daughter, because the judge also altered the standard ban of holding a position of authority or trust over someone under the age of 18 to be male only • And as a cherry on top, looks like what the victim suffered was real…

He's got tons of money so he doesn't need to work anymore Does he work anymore? Not being an ass, I just haven't seen him in anything or even mentioned in news/rumors. This was the first time I heard his name in at least 5 years

There are many. Passed opportunities to negotiate starting wage and raises, taking leave to have children and flexible hours all contribute to the ~3% wage disparity when education/experience/seniority are equal

It would be smallest at the beginning and grow over time as women continually pass up the opportunity to negotiate their raises.

So we have established we have two different biases, whoopdyfuck. You have a lot of guessing, assuming and "averaging" to back up numbers. People deserve hard, proveable numbers. And those are drastically different than what we normally hear.

Still, faced with a definition that shows they weren't a victim of said crime and they truly believe they were, how would most answer?

The problem with the GSS is that is literally people self-reporting. They could lie for any number of reasons or just simply be confused with definitions. Unsubstantiated rape claims are being counted as indisputable evidence.

As a Canadian, sure. We elected this fool into a majority government and now have to pay the price just like the US is in the same boat in regards to Trump

It's amazing how often you hear numbers for "unreported rapes". Everything I've read on the subject suggests either the numbers are pulled from thin air, or they "extrapolate" the numbers from other solid statistics with more shit they pull out of nowhere. This crap is equal now to the wage gap argument. IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE UP NUMBERS TO SUPPORT YOUR CLAIM, IT'S BECAUSE YOUR CLAIM IS INVALID AND FRAUDULENT

This is an amazingly thought out proposal. One issue, since the reason child support exists is so the government can save on welfare, there is nothing in here that would make/save money for the government. Unfortunately, this means there is 0% chance of this happening.

(1) No proof either way so it's their word versus mine. They could justify my firing by claiming any number of things that would ruin my life and make it harder to get work. I took the option of taking my last paycheque and dropping any appeals to the Labour Board. Now I know, I must act like I'm a SJW around anyone who might sympathize with them or suffer the consequences. (2) Another majority Liberal win next election here in Canada and I'm leaving the country. This isn't a reaction to recent …

Unfortunately this is how the Liberals are running the country now. Justin Trudeau runs himself ragged virtue-signaling every bleeding heart movement he can and now a country known for it's freedom is in the process of making thoughtcrimes a reality. I have been recently fired at a job for asking for a raise. I was making $0.25 less an hour than the female cooks and I was asked why I should deserve one, I replied with, "Equal work deserves equal compensation and I have 10+ years of experience mo…
