I appreciate y'all going out of your way to keep the subreddit on track. This space is for uplifting women and helping women succeed at building healthy relationships, not to drag themselves down by repeating self-defeating, malicious rhetoric online.

Only women have the ability to bring life into this world and we have every right to surround ourselves with other women who have gone through this experience. I will also not let my husband cut the umbilical cord (I always found this modern tradition cringy and infuriating) women do the work in creating life and we should not let males cut the umbilical cord as if it’s some sort of ribbon at a finish line. My ex-husband tried this sort of whiny shit on me. I'm so glad that I stood up to him what little I did at the time, because this sort of thing would be... intolerable. No life partner worth shit does this. Fucking scrote. If he wants sex so bad, the best option here is probably to hold him to her cunt and drown him. This level of cruelty is unfixable.

Oh, I agree. I'm still recovering from what I put up with from my ex -- I can't imagine glorifying these entrapping situations and diving into it head-first in the name of "empowerment" and "freedom." It's like the FDS podcast hosts said a few weeks back: "If you tell yourself that you want it, you feel like you're taking charge of your own abuse."

Damn, do I feel that! I divorced my NVM ex-husband last year because he was too busy sitting around on his dumb ass, buying taco bell instead of fixing up our home and his fat ass. Lmao Byeeeee. I'm so much happier now. He was easily replaced by the little buddy in my nightstand. That's how much he brought to my life.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
