Yes, in 2 cases: rape or confirmed death of the foetus Unfortunately they are going for the remaining edge cases next, after already banning abortion when the foetus has bad disorder/disease that will destroy the quality of life or won't let the child survive

It's not so easy to get tubes tied... For example my country it's illegal to have tubes tied and considered "permanent body mutilation" by law, but vasectomy is totally ok.
