Thanks AdOtherwise for trying to explain the arrows etc to me! Sorry if this is going 'off topic' - but what's a 'signed integer' though? Does that just mean 'a number/figure'? And if one of the arrows is black (in this case the up arrow with the figure 8) does that mean my post has got eight likes/upvotes? I've never noticed the - or + signs before. We-e-ell, fine to enforce rules like this on this convenient stockpile of hapless, easily-shamed males. After all, who's going to seriously complain against this, when it's 'only' males. Well, it may be coincidence, but if Zohran's really purposefully done this exclusion of men from the transition team, THAT shows how much he cares about his own gender - and there ARE men like that: tending to be the alpha macho male type who expect males to be like themselves, and who often scorn anything they see as 'effeminate' and males veering off the conventional male-gender-norms. Yes, I can see in countries in the middle east women are more oppressed in that they have to cover themselves up, not go out alone etc. But I'd still not want to be male in those countries - males have to suffer conscription and pressures to be 'real men', and gay / 'effeminate' men are horribly persecuted.
